Floor Hi low aerobics

Can you put your slower music at the front and at the end ( for cool down) ? in the middle the bpm should be in an ascending manner. Also make the music seemless. It will then be like a professional production.

I do not know how to do it. Nor do I have the progrmme. OTherwise I would gladly take your selections and remix.

Your selection is great.

Mixes with bpm in warmup, workout, cooldown order

Yushan:
Many fitLists are organized the way you describe (ones that also say: "Get this fitList" can be purchased from iTunes). Also, many of the fitMixes that you can download free are also organized into warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Try Body Electric. It goes up to 135 bpm and stays there for about 35 minutes...perfect for aerobics!

Sport saves our body and

Sport saves our body and brain. It's easier to practice sport than taking diets which can cause different diseases. One of the best suggestion is fitness which offers you very good conditions of practicing. ">Drug Rehab
