Research continues to show that regular exercise such as walking can help keep the brain working better as you age. The most recent study showed improved memory scores for people with mild cognitive impairment who walked for an hour, three times a week. I find Alzheimer's Disease and dementia to be heartbreaking disorders. The good news is that I have many walking friends who I've been walking with for 15 or more years. More
