Would you consider training in shoes that don’t fit you? That should also be true about the way you train. You should train based on YOU. Training is personal. It must be designed around you, your time, your fitness level, your goals and a bunch of other things. So, if the shoe doesn't fit, don't wear it. Design your own program.

That's what our goal is with Heartzones 101, the basics of training with a heart rate monitor. With a monitor and certain testing protocals (along with tools we'll get to next week) You can design your own program to meet whatever physical goal you have. Whether it's to lose a few pounds, feel healthier or run a marathon. So, join us. We're in Week #4, but all the previous weeks' workouts are still posted so you can start when you're ready. Just register and get going.
